Countries of delivery - EUROPE

The regnes.eu store carries out orders in selected European Union countries.

I.      SHIPMENT INFORMATION - EUROPE.

The following table sets out:
> country to which we send products 
> shipping cost in EURO gross
> estimated delivery time from posting - number of days since posting
> courier company which we will send the parcel

Shipments to the abovementioned countries are realized by means of: courier GLS or Polish Post. 


II.      FORMS OF PAYMENT - EUROPE.

ONLY PREPAYMENT IN EURO IS OBLIGATORY TO THE BANK ACCOUNT PRESENTED BELOW O:

We request for the payment at the latest on the next day from the day of obtaining the e-mail confirming the order and describing the transfer in accordance with the pattern provided below:

Payment for the order: XXXXX of: DD.MM.RRRR
Number of the order and the date are placed in the email confirming the placement of the order.

III.      PRODUCT DELIVERY METHODS - EUROPE.

  > GLS courier

The delivery time by GLS courier is specified in the table above. The courier brings the parcel on working days to the indicated address. The parcel is issued by the delivery person to the person to whom it was addressed, and in case of its absence to persons registered or staying at the address given as the shipping address. In the event that the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated, he will leave a notice with contact to the nearest GLS branch.  After the notification the next working day the delivery attempt is repeated. After the second notification, the parcel is suspended in the warehouse until the matter is clarified. The GLS Customer Service department contacts the customer to arrange the date of the next delivery.
In order to efficiently deliver a parcel, the Customer is obliged to provide a mobile phone number providing the delivery details when ordering goods in the regnes.eu store.
