The delivery time of the parcel by Poczta Polska is defined by the table below.
The deliverer brings the package on business days to the address indicated, it is not possible to choose the time of delivery. The parcel is issued by the delivery person to the person to whom it was addressed, and in case of its absence to persons registered or staying at the address given as the shipping address. In the event that the delivery person does not find anyone at the address indicated, he will leave a notice entitling him to pick up the parcel at the post office indicated on the notice within 7 days. After 7 days, the customer receives a repeat advice authorizing them to take up the package within the next 7 days. If the parcel is not picked up within 14 days of the first notice, it is returned to the online store.

The delivery time by GLS courier is specified in the table above. The courier brings the parcel on working days to the indicated address. The parcel is issued by the delivery person to the person to whom it was addressed, and in case of its absence to persons registered or staying at the address given as the shipping address. In the event that the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated, he will leave a notice with contact to the nearest GLS branch. After the notification the next working day the delivery attempt is repeated. After the second notification, the parcel is suspended in the warehouse until the matter is clarified. The GLS Customer Service department contacts the customer to arrange the date of the next delivery.
In order to efficiently deliver a parcel, the Customer is obliged to provide a mobile phone number providing the delivery details when ordering goods in the regnes.eu store.
